The idea of a blog is for one to record and exhibit one’s personal opinions and experiences. While this is partially true of this blog, the goal here is to have a multitude of voices posting their individual experiences in order to contribute to everyone’s creative experience. In other words, the more opportunities one has to view other artist’s work will hopefully trigger more ideas for future personal artwork.
While a wiki may have been more appropriate for this type of project, many people may be too shy at first to post photos of their art but still want some feedback or the ability to share a portion of their art or ideas. For this reason, Blank Sheet will post photos and comments of individual work as long as the individual does not ask for their work to remain private.
