Every two weeks, Blank Sheet will post a new project idea. Some projects will have multiple suggestions, while some will have only a few. Many suggestions will be accompanied by questions that you may ask yourself in order to more fully develop your project. Although embedded photos may depict a particular method or technique, the projects will be more conceptual than demonstrative, so don’t expect to see a “finished” project, rather, work on your project for as long (or quickly) as you like; you either decide it is “done” or move onto the next project.
Record your comments regarding these suggestions, overall projects or in response to the questions. You may want to talk about your own art experiences, post suggestions for other Blank Sheet participants, or comment on projects of your own. If you don't mind your comment being posted as is, click on the comment line. You may find that you prefer some projects over others, this is fine. At different times, certain tools or materials will be featured for which you may have a personal preference. Choose the projects in the order you wish and come back to them as often as you want. You are in control here and there is no one to please but yourself. The idea is to try to create something in the visual arts that pleases you, so once the ideas start developing, go with it! You might be surprised by the results…
